Penn Forest Place Homeowners Association is a 31 home community association located in Roanoke County.  All homes are independently owned. This site is a resource for owners.

​The next Board meeting is the Annual Meeting which is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12th 2025 6:00 PM at the South County Roanoke Library. 6303 Merriman Road. Roanoke, VA 24018.  Sign in will begin at 5:30 PM. Your attendance is strongly encouraged so a quorum can be met to hold the meeting. If you are not able to attend the meeting, please appoint a Proxy in your place. More information will be mailed to owners closer to the meeting date.

The 2025 Meeting Dates are: Tuesday, January 28th; Tuesday, March 25th; Tuesday, May 27th; Tuesday, July 22nd; Tuesday, September 23rd; Wenesday, November 12th. Meetings start at 6PM and will be held at the South County Public Library 6303 Merriman Road Roanoke, VA 24018 unless otherwise noted. ​​Please check back to the website for any updates.
